Blanks are ordered in small runs and embroidered here in Chicago. Three colorways take their names from records — Essence, Storm From The North, Oxean. The fourth is for the city. Every order ships free within the US in 2–4 business days. Stock is limited to the run; when a colorway sells out it is finished.

Terms of saleIs shipping free?
Yes. Every order ships free anywhere in the US.
When will my order ship?
Within 2–4 business days, from Chicago, by USPS Ground Advantage. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as the label is printed. Delivery usually takes another 2–5 business days.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. US addresses only.
Can I return or exchange a hat?
All sales are final. These are small, limited runs, so we can't take returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email monarch32002@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships. Just email monarch32002@gmail.com before your tracking email arrives and you'll get a full refund.
What size is it?
One size. Stretch rib knit with a fold-over cuff. Fits most adults.
Can I buy more than one?
Yes. Each checkout is for one hat, so check out again for another, in any color.
Will sold-out colors come back?
No. Each colorway is a limited FW26 run. When it's gone, it's gone.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Keep it out of the dryer.
Tracking says delivered, but I can't find it.
USPS sometimes marks packages delivered a day early, so give it a day and check with neighbors and your building's mail area. If it still hasn't turned up, email monarch32002@gmail.com and we'll help you file a claim with USPS.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
