Privacy Policy

Storm Aces (“Storm Aces”, “we”, “us”) is a small clothing label in Chicago, Illinois. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or buy from us, and what we do with it.
The short version: we collect only what we need to get your order to you. We don't sell your information, and this site doesn't use cookies, analytics, or ad tracking.
What we collect
When you buy something: your name, email address, shipping address, and what you ordered. Checkout is run by Stripe, which collects this on our behalf. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never receive your full card number.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you write.
When you visit the site: the site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as IP address and browser type in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Checkout pages are hosted by Stripe, which uses cookies for security and fraud prevention under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
To take payment, ship your order, send your receipt and tracking number, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and keep the records the law requires for taxes and accounting. We don't use your information for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run an order:
- Stripe, to process payments (Stripe's privacy policy).
- Pirate Ship and USPS, to print your shipping label, deliver your package, and email your tracking number.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site (Cloudflare's privacy policy).
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, generally up to seven years, and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except for records we're required to keep by law. Contact us: monarch32002@gmail.com.
Security
Payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified to the highest level of the card industry's security standard (PCI DSS). The site is served only over HTTPS.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here along with the date at the top.
