Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase from Storm Aces (“Storm Aces”, “we”, “us”) at https://storm-aces.pages.dev/. By placing an order, you agree to them. Storm Aces is based in Chicago, Illinois.

1. Products

Beanies are sold in limited quantities. Each colorway is a small run and can sell out at any time.

Each hat is embroidered in small batches, so stitching and placement can vary slightly from hat to hat, and colors may look a little different on your screen than in person. These small variations are normal and are not defects.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken in full at checkout and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

If an item is listed at the wrong price, or is sold after it has run out because of a technical error, we may cancel that order and refund you in full.

3. Shipping

We ship to US addresses only, and shipping is free.

Orders ship from Chicago within 2–4 business days by USPS Ground Advantage. A tracking number is emailed when the label is printed. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Check your address at checkout. We ship to the address you enter. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address and cover the new postage.

Lost in transit. If tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or USPS reports the package lost, contact us. We'll file a claim with USPS and send a replacement if one is available, or refund you.

After delivery. Once tracking shows the package delivered to the address you gave, it is your responsibility. We can't replace packages that go missing after delivery, but we will help you with the carrier.

4. All sales final

Because these are limited runs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not refund for change of mind, fit, or color preference.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item. Contact us (monarch32002@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery with your order email and a photo. If we confirm the problem, we'll send a replacement if one is available or refund you in full. Don't send anything back unless we ask.

Cancellations. You can cancel for a full refund until your order ships. Once the tracking email has gone out, the order can't be cancelled.

If something goes wrong with an order, please contact us before contacting your bank. We'll sort it out quickly.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

5. Our designs

The Storm Aces name, the Storm3 mark, and the designs, photos and text on this site belong to us. Buying a product does not give you the right to copy or reproduce them.

6. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
